UK SHIPPING SERVICE
With the exception of personalised orders we are usually able to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed order. We use Parcelforce Express 24 service. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific day or would like to upgrade to an Express am or Saturday servoce They usually collect from us at 9am
For personalised orders please allow five to ten working days. We are sometimes able to produce personalised orders within a shorter time - we always like to catch a deadline for a special date if we can. Please email or call us if you would like to check delivery times.
INERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
The international shipping rates set on our website store are based on the cost of sending boards. Please contact us for a quote if you would just like to order accessories. The shipping costs will be significantly reduced.
To send out international board orders we use a well established freight forwarding company who are based in Exeter, Devon. They use the major courier companies such as DHL, Fedex and TNT.
We are usually able to deliver parcels to our freight company within 24 hours of receiving an international order. The estimated delivery dates from the freight forwarding company are as follows
3-5 working days for Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
2 working days for orders within Europe.
We use Royal Mail postal service to send out accessories such as board bags, books and cards. Please allow an extra week for this service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
If you want us to ship to a country which is not currently included in the website shop then please contact us by email as we can organise deliveries to most overseas destinations.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
With the exception of personlised board orders you may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the goods have been damaged in transit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
