The inside of the card is left blank so that you can add your own message or artwork 

Card measures 115mm high by 165 mm wide

The image on the front of the card is re-printed on the reverse (45mm by 65mm) with the following text

Surfing at Perranporth (1922)

When surfing was for the hardy; woollen bathing suits and 'coffin lid' belly boards. The full piece bathing costumes

protected both sexes from splinters. When swimming trunks became fashionable in the 1930s, many men bought

butcher's aprons to protect their chests.
